This policy applies to printed study material (booklets and postal packages) bought from the Limitless Literature store on limitlessliterature.com.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Once the parcel has been handed to India Post or our courier partner, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your booklets arrive damaged, with missing or misprinted pages, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. After we verify it, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund.
Other concerns
If the product you received is not as described on our website, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review the complaint and decide on a replacement or refund.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days to the original payment method.
